Work Conditioning |

A minimum of two hours of physical exercise and training designed specifically for an employee's injury or problem. Work conditioning is most appropriate for employees with labor intensive or repetitive motion jobs or those who are sedentary and having difficulty returning to work after a surgery or injury. |

Functional Capacity Assessments |

The FCA provides the doctor who is determining the level of disability with objective information about what the employee can and cannot do safely. |

Job Site Visits |

Job site visits are for an employee who currently has work restrictions. A physical therapist comes to the work site to observe the worker in his or her environment and gives recommendations for safe but rapid return to work. |
